During this session, we take the time to understand your current employee relations landscape, including your existing processes, systems, challenges, future vision, and business objectives. As part of the process, we provide a structured questionnaire that helps crystallize your requirements. myERhub is designed to reflect local legislative requirements and best-practice employee relations processes. As legislation changes, we proactively update myERhub and provide appropriate notice, guidance, and training to ensure your teams remain informed, compliant, and confident in their use of the platform.
myERhub workflows are pre-configured, enabling organizations to realize value quickly and reflecting our design principle that myERhub works "out of the box". Approximately 20% can be customized to meet each organization's specific requirements, including resources (e.g., company policies), reporting, and configurable fields.
However, we actively welcome client feedback. Where enhancement requests improve the platform's pre-configured capabilities and deliver broader value, we will explore incorporating them into future releases for the benefit of all clients.
Additionally, if your organization operates in countries not currently covered by our existing specifications, we offer a fast-track approach to configuring additional country-specific workflows and capabilities.
